Dedicated servers are non-refundable due to the physical provisioning involved. VPS and virtual services may be refunded within the first 24 hours of activation, except where the service has consumed more than 1 TB of bandwidth — those are considered fully delivered. Hourly billing isn't refundable. Open a ticket from your dashboard to request a refund.
